Terms of service
Last updated October 24, 2026
By using Yapsheet, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What Yapsheet is
Yapsheet finds predictions people have posted, grades them against what actually happened, and ranks how often people are right. It's for fun and bragging rights. It is not betting, financial or any other professional advice, and grades and odds shown are estimates that can be wrong. How grading works explains the rules.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use Yapsheet, and 18 (or have a parent's permission) to pay for anything.
- Only connect accounts and upload chats you have the right to share. Don't upload other people's private conversations without their okay.
- Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Fair play
- Don't fake takes, edit exports, or use multiple accounts to game rankings.
- Don't scrape, overload or attack the service.
- We may review, void or remove grades and accounts that look manipulated.
- Paying never changes anyone's rank. Rankings are earned.
Disputes about grades
If you think a take was graded wrong, or isn't really a prediction, dispute it from the take. We review disputes and our decision is final.
Paid features
Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. A build is priced when you confirm and we never charge more than that price. If a paid build fails, we refund it. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page.
Content
You keep the rights to what you post. You let us display your graded takes and scores on Yapsheet and in share images, linking back to the original post. Posts from X remain subject to X's terms.
The legal part
Yapsheet is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months. We may change or end features, and we may update these terms. We'll update the date above when we do.
